Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

A4.1.-Summary of the main objectives and resources of the Docuplay online educational platform

1a) Type 1 tripartite consortia: for three-sided education

The type 1 tripartite consortiums are aimed at providing three-sided education or training, that is, digital-online by Docuplay, theoretical-face-to-face by teaching centers and practical-experimental by companies and institutions. To be consortium partners (licensing partners), they must be enrolled in the corresponding Docuplay subservices (see resource B1.1.-and following: 2.1. And 2.2. For businesses and educators, and 3.3. For institutions ) and acquire a license to use the Docuplay educational platform.

1b) Type 2 tripartite consortia: for binomial centers DIHs and CANIGs

The type 2 tripartite consortiums are aimed at the creation and development of binomic centers DIHs (Digital Innovation Hubs-Poles of Digital Innovation) and CANIGs (Activating Centers of New Global Industries). With the binomic term it is indicated that both types of centers complement each other, providing the first research and technology and the second development, production and commercialization. To be Docuplay business partners, you must apply for it and provide a percentage of investment. To commercialize globally the productions of the CANIGs, Docuplay will contribute the big data generated by the globalized toponymic series.

2a) Factors to universalize Docuplay: the 5G

The first factor for the universalization of Docuplay and its consortiums is the technological one: 1.-the fifth mobile generation (5G), which exponentially multiplies the capacity and connection speed for all types of devices (Internet of things), 2.- Responsive technology, which adapts the contents to each user device, 3.-the perfection of the automatic translation, 4.- the globalization of the Internet connection etc

2b) Factors to universalize Docuplay: machine translation

Automatic translation, in rapid improvement among all languages, is a decisive basis for effective collaboration and exchanges between students of the same course in any language. A condition for this is that all systematic courses have a unique numerical code to avoid confusion.

2c) Factors to universalize Docuplay: Multinational partners

To obtain license partners worldwide, supervise and advise them in their respective roles, Docuplay intends to partner with a small group of multinationals, one or two per continent, preferably from the consulting sector for three reasons: 1.- They have hundreds of thousands of employees; 2.-Such employees, in increasing decline in their current roles, are easily adaptable to the skills required by Docuplay, and 3.-Such skills will contribute to renew and deepen their contributions as consultants, benefits that will be added to what Docuplay offers them in equity interests.

2d) Factors to universalize Docuplay: universalizable courses

Another basic factor for the universalization of Docuplay is the large number of thematically universalizable courses offered by its systematic series (DDC). Well, to the fifty thousand current courses at four levels (classes, divisions, sections and subsections) a fifth level will be added, that of infrasections, consisting of courses on natural persons (relevant personalities for each course), legal persons (companies and institutions ) relevant to each course) and relevant studies for each course. The number of courses will multiply exponentially.

2e) Factors to universalize Docuplay: the cloud

The cloud (web) is a foundation of Docuplay as a basic source of content for its courses. Especially the big institutions like Wikipedia, websites of, websites of the European Union etc. that license their contents.

3a) Optimal contents: thanks to the Cloud factor

1.-Automatic translation of contents, basic for the `network effect' of Docuplay.

2.-Constant improvement of content in quantity, quality, topicality ...

3b) Optimal contents: thanks to the Searchers factor (see resource A2)

1.-Downloadable file browsers

2.-Searchers of linkable files

3.-Search engines whose results are selected by the students

4.-Series of subkeys to enable more precise and deep searches

3c) Optimal contents: thanks to the subkey factor (See resource A5)

The subkeys allow various perspectives or 'customizations' about each course, extending the course content, its duration, its depth ...

4a) Learning content: of all grades

Thanks to the tree structure or inverted pyramid of the systematic courses (DDC) of Docuplay, these adapt very well to all educational levels.

4b) Content learning: competencies

-The predominance in the systematic series of technoscientific subjects facilitates that student directs his courses towards the acquisition of professional competences.

5a) Drivers of learning: personal configuration

1.-The 'modularity' of systematic Docuplay courses, enhanced by the sub-key system, allows the student to personalize their configuration of micro courses or programs of varying size and duration.

5b) Drivers of learning: network effect

Thanks to the numerical code of each course, the incentive for collaboration, the voting system to highlight the good content and the automatic translation of these, the Metcalfe law will work: the higher the world number of its students, the higher the quantity, variety and quality of the contents.

5c) Drivers of learning: gamification (gamification)

The docugames, and in particular the doculeagues, will be an effective factor to boost learning, evaluate achievements and promote the notoriety of the courses.

5d) Drivers of learning: deep learning

The learning provided by Docuplay to the students of the professional and higher levels is profound at least in a double sense: 1.-Thanks to the series of subkeys each course can be studied from many perspectives; 2.-Thanks to the 'big data' registered exhaustively for each student and course, the record of activities that he will obtain at the end of each course will reflect his personal knowledge.

6a): Learning with human help: peer collaboration

Docuplay promotes and encourages the collaboration of students in their courses, counting in the register of activities of each of them the votes given and received, promoting reciprocity in contributions, showing that when they receive a certain number of votes they will be universalized in the same course under the `network effect', after automatic translation.

6b) Learning with human help: social collaboration

Docuplay dedicates one of its five services, the 3 Social Service, to promote social collaboration in aid of students by registering four relevant actors for each course in sub-services: personalities, alumni, institutions and groups.

6c) Learning with human help: partner collaboration

In order for all of its students to receive three-sided training or education, Docuplay will add to its online digital dimension, the theoretical-face-to-face teaching centers and the experimental-practice of companies and institutions.

7a) Learning with artificial help: assisted by robots

Continuing with the use, already effective in the records of activities, of artificial intelligence and the generation and processing of `` big data '', Docuplay students will soon have profebots and chatbots, which in a progressively personalized way will be able to ask and answer questions, give notices and advice etc.

7b) Learning with artificial help: personal quantifiers

This is an application for which each student will have in each subscribed course quantifiers that will offer an accurate evaluation of their work at the time of the consultation.

1 How many courses have you subscribed

2 How many files have you linked or selected?

3 How many comments have you written

4 How many votes have you obtained

5 How many queries have you made

6 How long does your chrono add up

7c) Learning with artificial help: Artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence developed and exploited through prophebots, chatbots, rankings, competitions, activity records

7d) Learning with artificial help: Internet of Things

The Internet of Things technology will be powered by the 5G revolution, which will allow an exponential increase in connections per square meter without affecting the quality of coverage. All companies enrolled in a course, service 2 Economic, subservice 2.1., can register their products, services, patents and applications to enrich the practical-experimental facet of our threefacetic education.

7f) Learning with artificial help: Virtual reality

Robotic applications such as profebot, chatbot etc. they constitute virtual reality manifestations

5g) Learning with artificial help: Automatic translation

Any idea written by a student in a course and receiving a significant number of votes will be automatically translated and made available to the same course in other languages, which may accept or reject it based on the title of the same and the indication of the number of words it contains. Hence the importance of the numerical code of each course. So that no course is only beneficiary and non-contributor, after the fourth offer accepted, it will not receive another until it get the acceptance of its own contribution for the same course in any other language.

7h) Learning with artificial help: Augmented reality

The subservices of three of the five Docuplay services, the Social 3, the Informative 4 and the Competitive 5, can be considered augmented reality applications.

8a) Learning control: Docugames

The docugames, in their three species of docutests (the solo student), docucompetition (organized by the students of a course) and doculeagues (organized by Docuplay), are based on the contents of a course. Therefore, they have first and foremost a function of controlling the individual learning of each student.

8b) Learning control: Rankings

The individual rankings offer each student a much more complete knowledge than the points obtained in a docugame: on the one hand, the total points obtained in all the docugames at the time of the consultation and, on the other, his position or classification compared to his fellow students.

8c) Learning control: SuperPISAs

The collective rankings consist of statistical averages or averages of the points obtained in a subject by groups of students of a certain geographical category (eg comparison of those of several countries in mathematics), institutional (eg points in natural sciences of the educational centers or companies of a city) or educational level (eg points in history in second year of secondary school). The A3 resource explains how these collective rankings exceed the PISA tests, made every three years in more than 70 countries.

8d) Learning control: Activity block registers

The Activity block registers allow each student who requests it, when they finish their course, to have an exhaustive record of all their activities with the contents, on the one hand, and with the services, on the other. These records resemble blockchains in the sense that all students who appear cited therein, with a password to protect their privacy for third parties, will receive a copy, which will be another guarantee for the immutability and reliability of the same.

A4.2.-Main technical and methodical resources of Docuplay

A great development of TIC is currently taking place; Docuplay is already taking advantage or intends to take advantage immediately of the main contributions of this technological revolution. Below I will point out the most important of these contributions and the ways in which Docuplay will integrate them into your system.

1.-Artificial intelligence (AI)

Docuplay is already taking advantage of AI, and its advances in the immediate future will mean great advantages of its educational offer. For example, the series of -bots: Profebots (answer verbally or in writing to questions about the subject of the course), chatbots (talk about the subject of the course), infobots (provide news or web data related to the subject of the course )…etc; These are applications that you can learn to help each student. They have, therefore, in common the progressive specialization in the subject of a course and its adaptation to the learning pace of each student, which they serve with a personal adaptation in constant improvement. A –bot that already works very well is the automatic translator of Google, with multiple applications in Docuplay, such as distributing to the same course, in all languages in which it has students, collaborations that get a certain number of positive votes from other students (comments, criticisms, questions-answers, suggestions etc.). For such exchanges, it is essential that DDC courses have a unique numerical code. All this will mean, on the one hand, a degree of personalization of education absolutely superior to that of traditional education and, on the other, a great enrichment of the contents via collaborations and `network effect', by virtue of which all students of the same course worldwide can collaborate in real time, to the extent allowed by the different time zones.

2.-Internet of things (IoT)

The Internet of Things will be very useful for Docuplay, especially in the practical-experimental training of companies. Indeed, the practical lessons that companies give to employees subscribed to Docuplay courses can count, thanks to the high speed of connection of the optical fiber and 5G, with the sample for such purposes of all types of sensorized objects or devices and applications whose operation is about teaching. The dissemination of the IoT, thanks above all to the new generation of 5G mobiles, will feature thousands of sensed objects and devices registered in the economic sub-services of Docuplay by the licensing companies or members of type 1 and type 2 tripartite consortia.

3.-The cloud (web), source of the course content

The 'cloud' is one of the fundamental technologies in Docuplay, since a large part of the contents of its courses, except those provided by students and teachers in the form of comments, audiovisual illustrations, etc., are taken from various websites. And to take advantage of the best cloud content for its courses, progressively and quickly enriched, Docuplay uses the best search engines in various ways, depending on the types of its contents and services.

a) Third-party content: Internet content provided in each course by a select group of search engines, especially Wikipedia, Google, websites of the US Government and the European Union (EU).

b) Own content: those generated by teachers and students

c) External services: they are provided by platforms such as Google, whose translation service is perhaps the most useful of all, both for its quality in continuous improvement and for the number of languages with which it works.

Students can choose between two groups of search engines: those that, for intellectual property reasons, allow file downloads and those that only allow file links. Search engines have two tools in Docuplay: the key, which is the title of the course, and, to deepen or broaden the perspectives on the course, two lists of subkeys, one for the DDC series of courses and another for the TOP series.

d) Own services: all the services created by Docuplay in its educational platform, available in the cloud (cloud) so that its licensing partners, educational centers and companies, provide education or training three-sided.

4.-Augmented Reality (RA)

Docuplay considers that the four auxiliary services of education (economic, social, informative and competitive) and their respective subservices already constitute a certain form of augmented reality to achieve a broader and deeper vision of the subject of each course. Indeed, each subject or object registered in each service and subservice, assuming that they are, as required, strictly related to the subject of the course, constitutes an increase in the vision and understanding of the same. Thus, in the economic service the vision of the subject of a course will be increased through these collaborations or subservices: companies, products, services, patents and applications; in the social service, through these: people, alumni, institutions and groups; in the information service, through emails and reports. In addition, the two series of auxiliary subkeys of the search engines constitute a very plural means for students to discretionally increase the reality and depth of their course, which will contribute with votes and points to their activity records.

The degree of gamification of Docuplay, with its categories of docutests, docucompetitions and doculeagues turns out to be very high, if the diffusion that the televised doculeagues will suppose is added. In addition, Docuplay data games and text games are always based on the contents in any format, of the courses themselves.

Within the powerful gamification that Docuplay has, the doculeagues represent a unique case for its potential for notoriety and attraction, for its double phase of points earned by each student and recorded in rankings during a period of the year, by its base in the inexhaustible Wikipedia lists etc.

6.-Universal and continuous education

Docuplay courses have no spatial or temporal limit. Temporarily, they cover the entire life of each person, from pre-primary education (4 and 5 years old) to tertiary education (from 18 years old) through primary school (from 6 to 11 years old), secondary school (from 12 to 17 years old) years) and the professional; and beyond these regulated degrees, every person throughout his life must update his knowledge by professional or personal requirements; There will be many free of charge, enrolled, and those subscribed, for a small monthly fee, can take up to six courses simultaneously for a maximum period of two months each. Spatially, Docuplay can offer courses universally based on search engines in constant progress and distinguishing between them two types of possible access, as we will see next

Docuplay makes two exhaustive records of all actions performed by each student in each course. On the one hand, a record of activities with the contents and, on the other, a record of activities through services (see resource B4). These two records of each student and course allow a system of classifications called superPISAs because, from a basic classification in three classes of students, that of those enrolled in teaching centers, that of employees in companies and that of those who study ` By free, Docuplay aspires to frequently offer multiple classifications or rankings: by levels, by age, by subject, by administrations or geographical constituencies. This will exceed in multiple aspects the classic PISA ranking, carried out by the OECD every three years with fifteen-year-old students selected by 70 countries and on STEM disciplines (Sciences, Technologies, Engineerings and Mathematics).

8.-Other Docuplay disruptions

(Disruptive Docuplay innovations in the educational service and its auxiliary collaborative services)

8.1 ..- In contents

a) .- OmniGrade content or for the four levels of education, with docutests, docucompetitions and doculeagues graduates for each year of primary and secondary school.

b) .- OmniThema content or on all the teaching subjects.

c) .- Downloadable content on the Docuplay website: because it is in the public domain or has an express license to be downloaded (eg, Wikipedia).

d). Linkable contents: for illustrative or limited use because the author's right is still in force; with comments and citations made by the students by virtue of the essentially collaborative nature of the COC (Collaborative Online Courses).

8.2 .- In services

a) .- Services of forms with four sections: the forms allow to carry out a series of operations on the objectives and norms of the inscription in each service or subservice. Section A contains the objective, rules and other information of each registration; section B allows each student several additional information; section C allows the student to consult his ranking in each of the sections; and section D contains the Joint Table of all the elements (people or objects) registered.

b) .- Ranking services: more than fifty rankings to collect and classify the data generated mostly in the form tables.

c) .- Quantification services: they offer students, through activity records, a complete account of them in each course. (see resource I.- - Quantifying index of the subscribed courses)

d) .- Three-sided teaching services: the education that Docuplay intends to offer will be three-sided, namely digital-online, theoretical-face-to-face and experimental-experimental. For the last two dimensions, Docuplay need to form tripartite consortiums with teaching centers and companies to teach, respectively, the theoretical-face-to-face and practical-experimental facets or dimensions

e) .- Take advantage of the `network effect' by which students of the same course worldwide can instantly benefit from any contribution to the course, after automatic translation in the case of textual content.

-the continuity is based on the constant increase and update of its contents, both those coming from the web or cloud and those contributed by the same courses and exchanged collaboratively on a global scale.

A4.8.-What is meant by `network effect'?

It is the effect enunciated by the Metcalfe Law, according to which the communicational value of a social network, and Docuplay is by virtue of its collaborativism, grows geometrically while the number of its participants grows arithmetically. An application of this law to Docuplay implies that as students are added to each course of the same code, whatever their language, the number and value of exchanges between them is multiplied, increasing the chances that they create contents (analysis, comments, files, etc.) that, for the number of votes received, are automatically offered to all students of the homologous courses.
