&&&&&&&&&&&&

A5.1.-Keys and subkeys for search engines

(a) Each Docuplay course has a set of subkeys, complementary to the key in which its title consists, that allow the student to deepen the study of it. The series of DDC or systematic courses has a hundred subkeys classified in five perspectives; The TOP or toponymic course series has over fifty sub-keys classified in four perspectives.

(b) The student will have two types of tools to make a search engine find the most appropriate and relevant results: the key, consisting of the title of the course, consisting of one or several words, and the subkey, whose optional use will help the student to specify or refine the selection of files made by each search engine.

(b1) Type 1 keys. - They consist of course titles. In the DDC series the titles usually consist of two parts, a generic and a specific one; The student can use one of the two by deleting the other. In the TOP course series, the key is the name, simple or compound, of the place name or name of the population that is the subject of the course.

(b2) Type 2 keys. - They are the auxiliary of the keys of type 1, so called subkeys, and are divided into two lists, one for DDC or systematic courses and another for TOP or toponymic courses.

-D or DDC subkeys. Grouped from five perspectives, they complement the keys of the titles of the DDC courses for a deeper study of the specific part of the title, since the titles of the DDC courses generally consist of a more generic first part and a second part more specific, united both by the conjunction and. Thus, for example, in the title of the course 641 (0002) Olive oil and cooking the generic key is Olive oil and the specific cuisine. Subkeys could be added to any of the two parts.

- Subkeys T or TOP. Grouped from four perspectives, they help broaden and deepen the knowledge of the place-name object of each toponymic course. For example, being Miami the title of the toponymic course, try the sample of results provided by Wikipedia by adding any of these subkeys in the Search box.

A5.2.- How to combine subkeys with keys

In the union, in the Search box, of a subkey of the DDC or TOP lists with a key taken from the course title, the following aspects must be taken care of:

(a) The subkeys intend to offer the student possibilities to expand or deepen their knowledge of the most specific course material from different perspectives.

(b) The subkey must be copied without its numerical code.

 (c) The reduction in the number of results is accentuated if "-------" is enclosed in the search box for the key and subkey set so that only results appear with all the quotes.

(d) The subkey used in a search that culminates with a downloaded or linked file will be registered in column 3 of the index-table of downloaded or linked files, allowing the student to sort the file by said column, just like any other, by pressing in the header.

(f) If a number in parentheses appears behind each subkey, it is indicated that there are registers of the student's activities with the same number of files selected by said subkey.

(In development)

Register and control of the subkeys used in your course:

If you enter the subkeys of each perspective or group there are those that after their name have figures preceded by the letters c-, e- and rf-, the student, pressing on such figures, jumps to the corresponding indexes. For example, if the subkey D2.04.economy appears within the series of its perspective as D2.04.economy (c-3, e-2, rf -4), this data in brackets means that said subkey has 3 files copied or downloaded, with 2 linked files, and with 4 rankings in files.

Therefore, pressing c-3, e-2, or rf -4,  one skips, respectively, the index of downloaded files, linked files, and the ranking table.

Besides, the indexes of files can be sorted by the column of keys to quickly see the main data of the files, as well as jump to the page where their comments are collected.

Summary

A5.1.-What are the subkeys?

A5.2.-How are subkeys used?

A5.3.-What relationship do subkeys have with continuing education?

A5.4.-How will the use of subkeys be reflected in the student's activity records?

&&&&&

A5.1.-What are the subkeys?

They consist of two series of selected terms, one of a hundred terms for the series of systematic courses, classified in five perspectives, and another of over fifty terms for the series of toponymic courses, in four perspectives. Added one by one to any of the available search engines, they expand and deepen the theme of each course.

A5.2.-How are subkeys used?

Its implementation in the search of suitable files for the approach that is wanted to give to the subject of the course is easy: after pressing the link of a search engine, go to this resource A5.-Subkeys and click on one of them.

A5.3.-What relationship do subkeys have with continuous education?

Just as the cloud or web, with its constant updating of knowledge, requires certain constancy of the professionals in the study, the series of subkeys, with their multiple approaches on the same subject, will provoke in them the same attitude.

A5.4.-How will the use of subkeys be reflected in the student's activity records?

In column 3 of the indexes-tables of the downloaded and linked files the subkey used in the search of the file of each row is recorded. Data that later, collected in the student's activity log, will be used through Artificial Intelligence to configure their profile of intellectual and professional interests.
