B3.1.-Individual and collective rankings

The rankings that Docuplay offers are of two classes: individual and collective. Individual ones establish more than fifty classifications among students; The groups establish classifications between entities of various kinds based on the statistical means of the student activity records of a given constituency, a subject of courses or educational levels. Thus, for example, the classification among the set of students of the same level of the educational centers of a city; the classification among the group of students of the companies of a province; the classification of the group of students by free of the cities of a region etc.

In sum, individual rankings are not only basic for each student's activity records and course, but also for collective rankings and for individual records worldwide. (See resource B4. a2) Collective benefits).

B3.2.-Individual rankings: benefits for students

a) Employability

Companies may select the best employees on the basis of their activity records, with contents and services, automatically generated by Docuplay for each student and course, and that can serve as a certificate or guarantee of great reliability and usefulness .; On the other hand, students may choose, if their activity records in a course are really remarkable, to suitable positions in companies and institutions.

b) Self-control and self-motivation through permanent consultation

Students can always check their ranking or classification in a given course, thereby having an effective self-control and self-motivation factor.

B3.3.-Collective rankings: social benefits

The digital educational revolution that Docuplay offers is summarized here in eight benefits; seven of them are already in the famous PISA program (Program for International Student Assessment) by the OECD and with the participation of more than 70 countries that represent a large part of the world economy. But with an essential difference: While such benefits are very limited in PISA, they are virtually unlimited in Docuplay.

1.-Education + evaluation: While PISA limits its function to the evaluation of teaching done in person by secondary schools, the Docuplay ranking programs will evaluate the digital education provided by Docuplay itself through tens of thousands of courses available in a multitude of languages.

2.-Trisectoriality: While PISA limits its evaluations to the academic sector, Docuplay has programs to carry them out also in the business sector and in the education sector for free, that is, those who study in Docuplay without being students enrolled in a teaching center or employees, such as the self-employed, housewives, entrepreneurs, unemployed, retired etc.

3 Universality:.- While PISA currently limits its evaluations to 74 countries, Docuplay may apply its evaluations and rankings in all countries of the world in which it has students. From a geographical perspective, Docuplay will be able to publish rankings of various levels of geographic entities provided they have an adequate number of students: regions, provinces, municipalities, populations, districts. From a corporate perspective, Docuplay will be able to publish rankings related to educational centers and companies.

4.-`Omniage´: While PISA limits its evaluations to fifteen-year-old students, Docuplay will evaluate without age limits, since its series of courses are adapted to the four official educational levels (Primary, Secondary, Professional and Tertiary), also enabling A lifelong teaching thanks above all to the fact that its contents are based on the 'cloud', which, when constantly growing and updating, forces us all to constantly renew our knowledge.

5.-Omnitematic: While PISA limits its evaluations to four techno-scientific subjects designated with the acronym STEM (Sciences, Technologies, Engineerings and Mathematics), plus reading comprehension (Reading), Docuplay covers all subjects at all levels, as can be seen from its series of DDC and TOP courses (on the home page of https://www.docuplay.com/)

6.-Continuous evaluation: While PISA limits its evaluations to face-to-face tests on specific dates every three years, Docuplay carries out continuous evaluations through its double system of Activity Records in each course of each student, that is, its activities with the contents and with the services. Although Docuplay does not rule out that certain evaluations culminate in face-to-face tests among students with the best scores in each country through DocuLigas, that is, regulated and qualifying competitions, accessible to the general public in real time by mobile phones and televisions.

7.-Frequency: While PISA limits its evaluations to a triennial periodicity, Docuplay may publish its rankings with a much more frequent periodicity, at least annually, and in certain cases it may even be monthly or weekly.

8.-Verification: Thanks to the double Registration of Activities for each student and course, based on continuous and thorough evaluations, the truth and rigor of the collective rankings will have full reliability and verifiability.

B3.4.-List of individual rankings classified by the five services

Table of more than fifty rankings or classifications of students based, above all, on the data generated by the use of the registration forms, docugames, collaborations, data provided by the robotic assistants of each student (profebot, chatbot, reportbot ..., and other robots soon in service) etc. These classifications will be, in turn, basic for the two activity records, with contents and services, automatically generated by Docuplay for each student and course, and that can serve as a certificate or guarantee of great reliability and usefulness. Each subscribed student may consult at any time any of these rankings.

B3.1.-What kinds of rankings are there in Docuplay?

Docuplay offers two types of rankings: individual and collective.

-The individual rankings consist of the recording of data of the activities of each student in a certain course and its classification within a set of students.

-The collective rankings consist of comparing and classifying sets of students based on the statistical means of the individual rankings of each one.

B3.2.-What kinds of individual rankings can there be?

There can be as many individual rankings as entities and zones that enter the comparison.

Thus, the most common and limited ranking will be the intra-course ranking or classification of the student's score compared to that of their classmates. But the winning student leader in the ranking of a course can be compared with the other leaders of the same center, or with all the leaders of the centers of a city, of an administrative zone, of a country, of a continent, until reaching the worldwide leadership, which would mean establishing a kind of Guinnes leadership or world record in each discipline or course. To satisfy those who rejected this leadership process by arguing with the disparity of teaching and scoring systems, competitions could be organized in line with the same classified and with approved tests.

B3.3.-What kinds of collective rankings can there be?

The species of the collective rankings may be similar to those of the individual rankings.

If it is a question of collective rankings at the country level, we can compare them with the famous three-year OECD rankings known as PISA (English acronym for International Student Evaluation Program) (see comparison here). That's why we refer to the collective rankings of Docuplay as superPISAs.

B3.4.-What benefits do individual rankings bring?

To students: Individual rankings mean for students a means of self-control and self-motivation, given the rivalry they foster.

To the centers and companies: Advertising and promotion will involve having leaders among their students or employees. In addition, companies will have easier hiring students with the best CVs.

To the administrative divisions: It will be prestige for them to have leaders in their education system.

To countries: Idem

To the tripartites, DIHs and CANIGs: they will compete with each other to attract the winners of rankings, and having them will bring them notoriety and prestige.

B3.5.-What benefits do collective rankings provide?

To the students: belonging to a leading group in some ranking will be for them a motivating factor for the effort.

To the centers and companies: having a winning group of some ranking will be for them an incentive to improve their educational systems and, especially, to promote the subscription of their students and employees to Docuplay courses.

To the administrative divisions: having the largest possible number of collective ranking winners will be justifying for them to increase their investments in education.

To countries: Idem
