Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&

B6.1.-Objectives

1.-Multinational associates

Docuplay aims to give participation in its capitalization value to large multinational companies, preferably from the consulting sector (*), to collaborate on the following objectives:

1.1.-Enrollment in Docuplay of licensee partners

To be a licensee partner, these three types of entities must first enroll in the corresponding subservices of the B2 Collaborations resource (see):

-Companies: 2.1.

-Teaching centers of the four levels: 2.2.

-Non-profit institutions: 3.3

1.2.- Subscription in Docuplay courses for students of all levels not linked to any of the three licensee partners.

1.3.- Advice and control of the licensee partners and the students so that they can achieve and refine their objectives.

(*) The reasons why Docuplay would prefer large consultants as multinational partners are, among others, these:

-They have hundreds of thousands of employees worldwide.

-Internet, with its ubiquitous information revolution, is pressing such consultants to reduce, on the one hand, their staff and, on the other, reorient their competencies towards other types of services with greater added value, such as education.

To facilitate to its international partners the double task of registering, first, and then licensee as many entities as possible of these three types, Docuplay will publish in the series of toponymic courses databases of the three, classified by their postal codes or CIP, within their countries and regions.

2.-License partners

2.1.-Teaching licensees

-These entities will promote the subscription of their students to Docuplay micro courses, as a complement to their face-to-face education.

 (a) What does it mean to be a licensed teaching center

It implies being part of a tripartite consortium, an entity in charge of providing three-sided education, that is, digital-online by Docuplay, theoretical-face-to-face by teaching centers and practical-experimental by companies. Two classes of tripartites can be distinguished.

(a1) Tripartite Consortiums 1 to provide three-sided education: they are composed of the platform that provides digital-online education (Docuplay), the teaching centers that provide theoretical-face-to-face education and the companies that provide practical-experimental education.

 (a2) Tripartite Consortiums 2 for innovation and production of digital and physical goods and services through two classes of newly created entities, the binomial and innovative consortiums DIHs and CANIGs, which are discussed in the last chapter of this resource B6

(b) Advantages for this kind of educational centers

(b1) .- Their students can subscribe to Docuplay courses under advantageous conditions, thereby acquiring experience and habit to continue their online training for life.

(b2) .- Their students, once subscribed to Docuplay courses, will have preference for dual education taught by companies enrolled in the same or related courses.

(b3) .- Their students can participate in doculeagues, taking advantage of the beneficial contribution that the game has in general in learning.

(b4) .- The educational centers will benefit themselves in two ways: promoting their name before the competition in the recruitment of quality students and promoting the efforts of all their students and teachers to stand out as centers in the classifications or collective rankings (`superPISAs ´) published periodically by Docuplay from the statistical averages of the individual classifications based on the records of each student's activities in each course.

(c) Prospects for success

(c1). The prospects for success of educational institutions registered in Docuplay and possible licensees to form tripartite consortiums 1 and 2 are based on the assistance and competitive advantages offered by the Docuplay platform

c2) Docuplay's strategy for the population of each country to prepare for global digitalization has, among others, the following resources:

-all contents and services are also available by mobile;

-the students are encouraged to investigate for themselves on the web in search of the best and most current files for the subscribed document;

-They are also encouraged to collaborate in various aspects, such as, for example, by voting their colleagues' contributions, answering the questions posed by them, whatever their country and language, answers that, if they have certain positive votes, they will be automatically translated and distributed to all courses with the same numerical code in any language.

(d) Advantages for teachers

(d1) Teachers of educational centers may access the activity `block´ records of each student subscribed to a Docuplay course, which will allow them to improve the personalization of their teaching; In addition, their remuneration may increase depending on the number of students they have, as well as the number of votes and clicks received from them for their teaching activity and their online publications,

(d2) The records of each student's activities in each course will free teachers from bureaucratic burdens and tasks necessary to meet, guide and evaluate each student, personalizing their teaching function to the fullest; This release will be growing thanks to great advances in artificial intelligence and robotics in the use of big data.

(d3) A special and valuable help is the one that assumes the continuous individual evaluation carried out by Docuplay through the records of each student's activities in each course, which at the end of it will generate an exhaustively detailed and reliable certificate of their study and performance. Evaluation that will be the basis for periodic collective evaluations (superPISAs) consisting of comparing and classifying the statistical averages of the students of a given territorial constituency, subject or teaching level.

2.2.-Business licensees

(a) What does it mean to be a licensed company

1.-It means having the right to have a kind of STEM program, with more than twenty thousand modular courses in the two scientific-technical classes of the DDC (class 5 Natural Sciences and 6 Applied Sciences or Technologies, to which could add as many of the classes 3 Social Sciences, and parts of the classes 7 Arts and 9 Geography and History, as well as the series of the Federal Administrations about Professions, with more than 6000 courses (see https://www.docuplay.com/programas_view1/56 )

With all this, each licensee company, forming part from a tripartite consortium 1, can freely configure and deliver practical-experimental education programs, supported on the platform of tens of thousands of modular courses and Docuplay services, for your own employees and for students from teaching centers or free.

1.1.-Thanks to the large amount of content of all formats provided to each course by search engines, employees and students subscribed to the educational dimension provided by a licensee company will develop a great knowledge of the Internet and critical skills and content selection.

1.2.- Thanks to the radical or intrinsic gamification of the courses, their capacity for competition, attention, motivation, self-control etc. will be increased, finding more and more satisfaction in the study and learning.

1.3.-Thanks also to new technologies, in particular the Internet of things and Augmented Reality, which Docuplay will be constantly incorporating into its platform (see resource A4), its practical-experimental teaching will be increasingly complete, attractive and efficient.

1.4.-The modularization of courses gives employees of licensed companies the possibility to configure their courses with total freedom, ease and adaptation to their personal needs.

(b) What does it mean to be a licensee company

1.-It implies being part of a tripartite consortium, an entity in charge of providing three-sided education, that is, digital by Docuplay, face-to-face or semipresencial by teaching centers and practical-experimental by companies.

2.-Its mission will consist, therefore, of guaranteeing the dual dimension of the education of the students subscribed to Docuplay, providing both their employees and students from teaching centers, the training and practical and experimental education, for which they will take advantage own and third-party products and services, since these may be available through new technologies that they themselves have and that will be increasingly available through new technologies such as the Internet of Things, Augmented Reality, virtual Reality etc.

3.-Companies integrated into tripartite consortiums 1 to provide practical-experimental education may benefit, by way of incentive, in several ways:

3.1.- have 'big data' to promote their products and services in new markets, especially the information provided by the toponymic courses of any country in the world;

3.2.- take priority when hiring the best students or the most suitable for their business objectives;

3.3.- be able to also be part of tripartite consortiums 2, which guarantees them preferential access to the scientific and technical advances of IHL; have preferential right to invest in IHLs and CANIGs etc.

 (b1) Advantages for employees and students

Among the benefits that business employees and students in general will obtain from their subscription to Docuplay courses in their practical-experimental dimension include:

1.-Obtain a more complete and updated training thanks, above all, to the knowledge they will obtain from the products and / or services of their own company and from the other companies present in the economic service of each document.

2.-Have the right to a complete, rigorous and reliable certificate for each course, based on their rankings and the data (big data) generated in numerous activities during a given period of study.

3.-Thanks to the total gamification of the course contents, they will have many more stimuli, incentives and motivations for effort, performance and strict control of results

4.-Being able to be selected for doculeagues, only within the reach of the best rankings of each course, with the advantages that these entail: notoriety, motivation for effort and learning, awards etc.

5.-Have the help and emulation that the classmates of each course can provide through their comments, their votes, their possible forms of collaboration, etc.

6.-Be able to create, individually or in teams, applications and patents that can be marketed and generate benefits.

7.-Become familiar with the online study to continue your training and knowledge update for life.

(b2) Advantages for licensed companies

1.-Companies will gain in competitiveness in a double sense:

1.1.-Docuplay will publish rankings of companies of a certain area (population, province, region, country ...), based on the statistical averages of the scores of the students of each one, collected in their corresponding activity records in the subscribed courses;

1.2.-Such rankings may contribute to the reputation and prestige of each company and the promotion of the enrollment of its employees in Docuplay courses.

2.-The structure of the Docuplay courses, with numerous activities with the contents and with the services, activities recorded exhaustively in individual registers that the student will automatically obtain when they want to finish their course, also implies two important advantages for the company:

2.1.-The teachers designated by them will find their work of monitoring and personal control of each student very reduced.

2.2.-Both the teacher and the company will have a detailed and reliable certificate of the aptitudes and knowledge achieved by each student in the subject of the course.

3.-While numerous reports on the evolution of MOOCs in a period of four (2023) to six years (2025) predict extraordinary growth, Docuplay predicts even greater growth for its microcourses by the following factors:

3.1.-Intense Ludification (gamification), culminating in the organization of docucompetitions or doculeagues, which through mobile phones and even digitized televisions, can be shows for third parties, thus contributing effectively to the promotion of the Docuplay platform, courses and of the participants

3.2.-The docugames cover the four educational levels: primary, secondary, professional and tertiary.

3.3.-For professional and tertiary levels in scientific and technical matters (STEM), Docuplay has more than twenty thousand courses. This extraordinary amount of courses will allow Docuplay students to always find the right course for their needs, preferences or hobbies throughout their lives. And that's why Docuplay offers two forms of enrollment: the flat rate for an indefinite period, which for a small monthly fee allows up to six simultaneous subscriptions, and the subscription per course.

3.4.-Thanks to a detailed schedule of all the possible activities of the student in the study center of each course, both with the contents and with the services, this will have two activity records at the end of its study (see resource B4) , among whose advantages is the periodic publication of numerous classifications or rankings based on the Statistical averages of student records in its three main sectors:

those of educational centers or academic world, those of companies or business world and independent or free students. These rankings may be divided by geographical or administrative areas or constituencies or by entities. I call them superPISAs because of their number of classifications and because of their frequency, both aspects far superior to those of the famous PISA program (Program for International Student Assessment) of the OECD.

(b3) Disadvantages for companies not registered in Docuplay

1.-Why could it be very disadvantageous for companies not to make the Docuplay courses available to their employees?

1.1.-Because this would mean that they are at a disadvantage compared to their competitors, since each course will have, in its economic service, a selection of companies based on the fact that its corporate purpose (that is, its products and / or services) strictly matches with that of the course. Given such a coincidence, which implies that the students of a docugame will be able to fully know the corresponding business sector, it is difficult to think that any of these companies do not use the exclusive page that Docuplay creates for each company to display its products and / or services .(see resource B2)

1.2.- Because the cost of a license for a company is incomparably less than the benefits that will receive.

1.3.-Because doculeagues can be organized at two levels, with the beneficial effects that such degree of gamification will report to companies and employees. At the docucompetiion level, the companies of each docugame and related companies will compete; and at the business level, the employees of each company will compete.

(c) Profitability

1.-How will companies make profitable the acquisition of the Docuplay license?

-Among the benefits that companies will obtain, they highlight:

1.1.-An increase in the productivity of its employees.

1.2.-Possible income from the benefits generated by the applications and patents created by its employees thanks to the study of the courses .

1.3.-Increasing its prestige as an innovative and prosperous company.

1.4.-Avoid falling into serious competitive disadvantage with respect to the companies that are licensees.

2.- As a guarantee that companies will do everything possible so that their employees know the entire offer of courses and enroll in all those who are interested or need them, Docuplay will charge them, after signing the license, a small amount, variable according to the number of employees that each company has.

B6.2.-Creation of tripartite consortiums of DIHs and CANIGs

a) Innovative binomials of DIH and CANIG centers

1.-That Docuplay courses take into account productivity and economic prosperity is demonstrated by the fact that much of its fifty thousand systematic courses are scientific and technical. But in order for such scientific and technical courses to contribute effectively to productivity, the creation of DIH centers (Digital Innovation Hubs) and CANIGs (Activating Consortiums of New Global Industries) is necessary, being the former an idea of the Union European and the second of Docuplay.

2.-This project of binomial or complementary centers is a practical synthesis of all the technical disruptions described in the two previous sections of this resource, since its claim to create industrial centers needs as a foundation a three-sided education provided by tripartite consortia 1, integrated by teaching centers (theoretical-facet facet), companies (practical-experimental facet) and Docuplay (digital-online facet). This system has to produce the preparation and promotion of good professionals for the industrial centers or CANIGS that are being created.

Docuplay is sure that with the three-sided education and its program of more than forty thousand scientific-technical courses (DDC classes 3 Social Sciences, 5 Natural Sciences and 6 Applied Sciences or Technologies, numerous divisions of class 7 Arts and the geographical part of class 9) will promote tripartite consortiums 2 to create binomials of DIHs and CANIGs, innovators and generators of new productive and intensive industries and creators of many competitive and sustainable jobs, thus avoiding, on the one hand, uncovered jobs due to lack of prepared applicants and, on the other, that there are professionals prepared in matters that do not have enough job offers.

b) Objective of such binomials

1.-The CANIGs seek a practical synthesis of all the disruptions described at some of these resources (see, for eg, A4), since their claim to create industrial centers needs as a foundation the three-faceted educational system. In this system the preparation and promotion must be produced through tripartite consortia 1, in which each party will be in charge of one of the three educational dimensions (digital-online, theoretical-face-to-face and experimental-experimental), of good professionals for the industrial centers or CANIGS that are created.

2.-DIHs arise and develop in the educational or theoretical phase thanks to the services that Docuplay already offers in the economic service of its Pentaservice. Indeed, Docuplay already offers, in its digital education system, much of the services of DIHs. Specifically, the economic service of each course comprises six sub-services (see resource B2 Collaborations), three of which fit perfectly in the services of DIHs, as defined by the European Union, its creator: “The centers of digital innovation (IHLs) ) can help ensure that every company, small or large, high tech or not, can capture digital opportunities. With technical universities or research organizations at the center, DIHs act as one-stop shops where companies - especially SMEs, startups and medium-capitalization companies - can access technology tests, financing advice, market intelligence and networking opportunities ”

Personnel employed in both DIHs and CANIGs must be selected among the best records that have completed three-sided education at the secondary, tertiary and professional levels.

B6.3.-Benefits for students

a) Benefits for equality

1.-It is evident that to correct and even suppress the growing economic inequality today, digital education is required, the only way for employability for all, even if only for a short fraction of daily or weekly time. Thanks to automatic online translation (in the cloud), all textual contents will be translated into all languages already enabled in Docuplay.

2.-For a fast and full digitalization of each country, it must be addressed simultaneously in the four educational levels.

Given the relative cheapness of digitalization, both in education and in industrial production, inequalities between countries and between individuals can be rapidly reduced with an adequate network of DIHs and CANIG binomials. Well, for the three-sided education proposed by Docuplay to contribute to the economic prosperity and employability of citizens of any country in the world, knowledge must be translated into profitable products and services.

b) Benefits for employability

1.-Docuplay is sure that with the three-sided education, with such a broad program of more than forty thousand scientific-technical courses, it will promote DIHs and CANIGs that generate new productive and intensive industries, creating competitive and sustainable jobs for them.

2.-Docuplay, with its program of more than forty thousand scientific-technical courses of the classes of the DDC, 3 Social Sciences, 5 Natural Sciences and 6 Applied Sciences or Technologies(plus the geographical part of class 9-toponymic series and 6000 courses in the Professions of the American Federal Administration),, will guarantee a balance between the world of education and the world of the company, making that, on the one hand, there are no unfilled jobs due to lack of prepared applicants and, on the other, that there are no professionals prepared in matters that do not have a job offer.

3.-As shown in resource B4, thanks to the two activity `block´ records, the content and the service records, which Docuplay generates for each student at the end of his course, all students may have comprehensive and reliable certificates, maximum guarantee of employability before companies registered in the same or related courses. Individual records that will be the basis for collective records or Statistical averages of the three student sectors: the teaching centers, the companies and free students. The classification or ranking of these statistical averages could be called 'superPISAs' (see resource B3).

&&&&&

B6.1.-What kind of partners does Docuplay expect to have in order to develop its educational objectives?

Docuplay distinguishes between consortium partners and associated entities.

-With the first, composed of companies and educational centers, Docuplay will form tripartite consortiums to provide three-sided training with the following attribution of facets: the digital-in-line facet for Docuplay with its content and services platform, the theoretical-face-to-face for the centers Teachers and experimental practice for companies.

-The associated entities will be companies with a double consulting and banking function.

B6.2.-What are the functions of the associated entities?

The functions of the associated entities will be to promote the formation of tripartite consortia and to manage and supervise their development and commercialization. The development phase comprises three objectives: the formation of the largest possible number of tripartite consortiums, the subscription to Docuplay courses of the largest possible number of company employees and students of teaching centers and the organization of DIHs and CANIGs. The marketing phase will consist of opening markets for DIH and CANIG products.

B6.3.-What are the functions of IHLs and CANIGs?

The DIH, creation of the European Union, would have, according to the meaning of its acronym (Digital Innovation Hubs: centers, poles, clusters of digital innovation), a research and programming function, while the CANIGs, creation of Docuplay, it would have, as indicated by its acronym: Activating Consortiums of New Global Industries, a more productive or industrial function. See A1.5.-

B6.4.-What will the Docuplay agreements with the tripartite partners consist of?

In the granting of licenses so that they can make available to their employees and students the two parts of their digital platform: the systematic and toponymic series, with innumerable courses of content in constant renewal, and the series of their services, also in constant renewal and development to integrate new technologies into them.

B6.5.-What will the Docuplay agreements with the associated entities consist of?

In such agreements the following aspects will be specified:

- Delimitation of the territory of action of each entity.

- Use by each entity of the toponymic courses (TOP) in which millions of companies and educational centers classified by postal codes (CP) are registered.

- Use of Docuplay subservices for registrations (see B2.-Collaborations), especially those of the economic service (3. Products, 4. Services, 5. Patents and 6. Applications), for the promotion of DIHs and CANIGs.

- Use of courses on populated places to open markets to CANIGs.

- Use of the toponymic courses on non-populated places to promote K-12 educational levels through excursions to know their natural surroundings and photo competitions guaranteed by latitude and longitude coordinates.

- Use of superPISAs rankings for the promotion of tripartite consortiums.

-Source of income and its distribution between both parties.
